COUPLES COACHING
assists
couples to:

Determine appropriate
relationship goals.

Identify and learn the
skills each individual needs to achieve their mutual goals.

Utilise their
individual and relational strengths to overcome obstacles.
·
Maintain their
motivation, focus and accountability.
·
Reach their desired
goals.
Couples coaching
provides
guidance, motivation, encouragement, affirmation, ongoing
feedback and support.
The process of couples coaching is determined by a couple’s
individual needs and is by mutual agreement.
Couples coaching is
only appropriate for couples who wish to improve on a
relationship that has a good foundation and isn’t experiencing
significant conflict. Couples whose relationship is in major
turmoil will benefit far more from couples counselling.

Couples coaching can take the form of any of the following:

Weekly or fortnightly face-to-face consultations (the length
of which are determined by individual agreement)

Weekly or fortnightly telephone consultations or
-
A
combination of both, for instance: 1 x monthly face-to-face
consultation plus 3 x monthly telephone consultations.

Additional unlimited e-mail communication.
