Family counselling/therapy
The
relationships with our family members are the most important
relationships we will ever have. Well functioning families, whilst no
strangers to disagreements and conflict, generally manage their
difficulties in reasonably healthy and non-destructive ways. Many
families, however, struggle with complex issues that cause ongoing
arguments and significant conflict. This can put great stress on all
family members and can cause much heartache and grief.
Family
counselling/therapy is designed to assist families, who are experiencing
significant difficulties, towards developing healthier and more
effective ways of relating.
